We did eventually receive our rebate cards, but they were inactive!
The worst part about this company is the fact that they sold us "insurance" on my little brother's phone. It has been 6 weeks and we have not been able to speak to any one about his replacement phone. The insurance is fake.
Please do not buy any phone service through this company and go directly to a dealer. We have wasted money and I do not want the same to happen to anyone else.
