Simplicity Gourmet Gross misrepresentation of cookware/dinnerware Ripoff Internet

The cookware exhibited at the show was not the cookware that we received. Everything cooked in this cookware sticks and is next to impossible to get out. The cookware that we bought at Wal-Mart was easier to use than this new $3000.00 set.

The sales people never once told us how much the cookware cost, they only said it would be $50.00 a month without saying how many months, with interest included. They told us that other people would help us pay the balance as wedding gifts so it would be almost all paid for while we would have these nice healthy cooking pots and pans that are almost unusable because everything sticks very bad.

We are very unhappy about our purchase and if we would have bought the same thing from a local store, we could return it but not with Simplicity Gourmet. The lifetime guarantee is not a return policy, just replacement, what a scam.
