Simply Rest Bed that didn't work-Horrible Customer Service-Order LOCAL! Tempe, Arizona

We purchased a luxury air bed from Simply Rest.  I researched the company and there was mixed reviews on this company; I was hesitant but ordered anyway.  Our bed was delivered and we had nothing but problems with it from the minute we put it together.  We worked very closely with Simply Rest (Paul, the guy who designed the bed) doing different things to try to figure out what was wrong with our bed.  Paul was very unprofessional and became very rude. 

The customer service we received was so horrible that we decided to return the mattress.  It still amazes to me how fast Simply Rest charged my account for our mattress but how unresponsive they were in giving us our refund.  This company was very unorganized and I was told different information from each person I talked to or emailed with.  It took several phone calls and countless emails in order to finally receive our credit.  I am thankful that we got our money back but I urge you to think twice before dealing with Simply Rest.  Shop local!
