Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum - Igia ripoff, false advertising, no free items, did not get what i ordered Los Angeles California

i received 4 vacuum cleaners i ordered one vacuum cleaner with get one free and no attachments were included (and they were supposed to be with the package) also was supposed to get a free steam cleaner did not receive that either - no package slip was included and no bill was there to know what was being charged for this misshipment.
i received no idea whether this was being taken care when i talked to them so at this present time i'm stuck with 4 vacuum cleaners at a charge of $518.82 with no steam cleaner and no attachments. their customer service is inadequate and i need help - please notify us if you can alleviate this situation
