Singer lazer storm vacuum Charged $313.70 and did not send order. Filed a complaint with BBB and received a letter dated 1/03/06 that my refund was in process and I would receive it shortly. Never received refund. Can't get ah New York New York

On 1/03/2006 I received a letter from Wind Storm.com 145 8th Avenue, PMB 855, New York NY 10013. Stating I would receive a refund and I have never heard from them since.
It is impossable to reach anyone by phone or email.
