Our a recent encounter with Sino Industry Company Limited & Mr Ricky Huang who we believe has fraudulently taken our monies and failed to deliver our cargo by air to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As noted on the attached invoice, we made an order on 12th May from Mr Ricky Huang ( Sino Industry Company Limited) who agreed to complete production within 10 days and send the cargo immediately by air freight to Dubai. In good faith we sent the company two transfers each one equalling US$1600 each, to the total amount of US$3200 (see attached). As of today the cargo is overdue by 10 days. We have received no confirmation or proof that the order has been fulfilled and they have failed to provide a timely update, an airway bill number, an airwaybill copy, flight details, or even confirmed that the cargo has been sent by air. We can only come to the conclusion that we have been fraudulently scammed by the company.

sino industy company is a fraud

We bought Ricky Huang non woven bags, paper cords, ribbons and polypropylene folder watkins and he didnt send us anything, he is a thief, he stole us more than U$S13000 and he never replay our mails after saying to us his factory burn down, thats not true. Please dont buy anything to this guy, he is a layer and a cheater.

We have contract that we have make agreement: we need 10 days to produce his only 8000 pcs of non-woven bags after we get his 50% TT first. We have below proof. So we request your company remove this report ASAP. Thanks.

We have original BL on handle already, we never make agreement send the cargo by air.
Anyone need the copy of BL , we can send to him to check it. This customer is very bad guy, he always put things to us, and do not understand the international trade way. We get him 50% payment on May 15th, and we finish the cargo on May 25th which we have make agreement that we need 10 days to produce. And we need one week to book the boat. So it is normally way to do innational trade like this way.
