this report was sent in great detail only a few minutes ago please check if the submission was rec'e i spent 2 hrs writing it so i hope it isn't lost i put the wrong password in alias27 is the right one when it was es-mailed to me....i could not get the ripoff site back to press submit

the radio never worked, it was returned to best buy 2
it had missing part along with the fact the receiver would'nt receive in bc but was ok initially for a week or so in calgary
purchase 2006
cost 331.68
refund 64.70.......Nov 22/07


purchased at best buy.calgary........returned for full refund

I have complete details with dates, time, names etc concerning this ripoff i hope my complaint did arrive at your site...........intact

I don't know how they do things in Canada but ...

So you owned a Sirius radio for at least one year (purchased in 2006 and returned in November 2007) and you are upset that you couldn't get a full refund??? You used the radio and their service for at least one year and possibly up to 1 year and 11 months (you don't indicate what month you purchased the radio).

I have been a Sirius subscriber for almost 4 years and except for the occasional HARDWARE problem (which they don't make) the radio service has been excellent. It has been so good, infact that I have a second receiver in my wifes car and we are on our third or fourth radio...

I'm sorry that you had a problem, the time time to report it (here in the US at least) is within the first 30 days.....not months or years later. The fact that you kept your service for so long makes me think that you were happy with it, but once you decided to get rid of you subscription expected a full refund for a VERY USED product.

Oh yea - did you really enter your password in this report???? Seriously....
