There was an offer by XM Radio, which is now Sirius Radio, for a rebate on the cost of the satellite radios, if you agreed to a two-year service agreement with their service if paid with a credit card. According to the ad in the internet, the rebate would be sent after the payment was done. I never got the rebate refund and I spent countless hours on the phone with their "customer care" department who really didn't care.  The customer service department hung up on me several times and were of zero help when I did talk to them. I sent a copy of the internet ad to them, but nothing was resolved.
