I have been a customer with Sirius for almost 2 years now. I have never in my life been so outraged with a company EVER! I work for a major corporate company and I am in management so I deal with a lot of issues day in and day out. The last thing I want to do is complain or write something about a company. At this point I am so furious with this company not only will I write here but also to there CEO Mel Karmazin. Today I called just to inquire about internet radio. Wanted to know the price and if there was a price for the plan I has set up. The lady told me it would be free for me till my subscription was over in March. She walked me through the process on how I would set it up online. So when I got home I went online noticed I could not get logged in. The first time I called the representative put me on a long hold. SO when I called back I spoke to another lady she explained that she does not know why she told me it was free but she will take care of it for me. She gave me a user id and password to use when I first log in. As I was doing this the phone hung up on me. So then I called again because the user id and password did not work. When I called I had a outstanding balance of over $100.00 out of no where! I then spoke to a gentleman that assured me that he would not hang up on me and will not put me on hold. He credited my account did not know why that $100 was showing. I was already frustrated at this point. He kept talking over me said he will take care of this and get me set up. HE then explained to tell me that I would be reinstating my service with them when I enroll in a new package. I told him I did not want to enroll in a new package. I wanted my XM on car to be the same. He explained that my subscription ends in April when the last two reps said March that it will automatically renew for 14.00 a month. I said no when i received this promotion there was no automatic renewal anything. He explained in order to get this free it will be renewed and you will be sent a bill. So i asked him to explain to me why after me having this service for 2 years it would never renew. My radio would just shut off and in about two weeks you guys would call with a new promotion. He proceeded to hang up on me!!
3rd time!!! I called again cause at this point it wasn't about anything for free it was about getting to the end result. I have already spent a hour and a half on my cell phone! The next representative I called asked for a supervisor. She was waiting and waiting. 2 minutes go by no supervisor. I explain my story she sees the credits made to my account for 12.00 and then notices some notes. I asked her why would I make this up? My first call was just about an inquiry. After about 40-45 minutes of going back with her. She finally gets a supervisor and puts me on hold for 5 min. When she comes back on the line the rep tells me there is no way that she would be able to give me free internet and to read the policies. I asked for her supervisor to talk to her. No one came to the phone. I have already been on the phone for almost 2 1/2 hours!!!! She was waiting without hold for one to come. I told her everything seems un-organized I have had you guys for two years. Obviously you can see times of when I called why would I be on the phone for this long for something made up. I proceed to tell her. This started all with a question and now everything is upside down. Supervisor was yet to come to phone. I told her to give me the names of the reps I spoke to she said her supervisor told her no. I was furious!! Furious!!! SUch a bad bad bad managed company. Whatever you do do not sign up
