This was the worst experience ever. We got their enterprise dedicated server a few days ago, paying more then 500 dollars plus a few extras.

Their support is incompetent, they cannot follow simple instructions. I started talking with one guy for moving our site, then it changed to 4 different people (which is understandable due to shifts) BUT each one of them didn't even bother to read my instructions and requirement.

They charge you for every single things that you do (even if it is an one minute job they will charge you for an hour) and their sales give you false promises (lies) until you buy the server and then you face the reality.

But I have to admit they did a 'favour' for me for not charging an one command line service installation that they had to run, since I didn't have root access because of the Geek package.... And the Geek package is another rip-off.

So what the geek package is? They charge you 50 per month just to have APC, FastCGI and Memcached running... and you don't have root access. Which means that they will charge you for any change you will ask them to do. While in all other companies they just install them for FREE or for an one off fee. But Siteground charge your per month and that must be unique worldwide!

However the worst of all is that they DON'T REFUND anything else apart from shared hosting. This is hidden in their Terms of Use.

So we decided to cancel 2 days after we bought the server, they didn't refund anything. An it is then that we realized that it was in their Terms of use. It is our mistake that we didn't check, but having experience with more than 10 very good web hosting companies we couldn't have imagined that today there is a company with a non-existent refund policy for most of their services!

They are located in Panama with Bulgarian support people, what do you expect! Unfortunately we based our decision to go with them on the fake reviews all around - for which I admit they do a good job.

Over the years we have moved to multiple different dedicated servers, however this is the first time we see such a rip-off and a non-refund policy.
