I ordered the product for me and my husband, then decided not to use the product because no results were being seen. I contacted the return department and was told since I ordered the product under mine and my husbands name he would have to call to cancel the product himself. He did so, then was also told since technically the account was under my name he did not need the RMA for return since I had already received one in my previous cancellation call. I sent the products back included the note that my husband was not issued the RMA at time of cancellation due to me sending back the products together in one package. I sent the products back to the address located on the product for Returns. I was then refunded for both of the products purchased. Not even a month later my husband receives a package and within a day of receiving the product our account has been charged not 89. [continued below]....
.....00 as it was the first time we ordered the product, but 49. and some change with it being a 60 day supply instead of a 30 day supply. I simply contacted the customer service department once again I was told when my husband called it was not noted in their system so, therefore, his account was not cancelled, but she could give me a new RMA to send the product back and at this point my argument is that I would like a refund for shipping charges. It is not my fault that your customer service did not cancel the account when first contacted. But, then they also refunded my account for his product as well and she had notes of that. Also, tried telling me instead of cancelling the account she could suspend the account for 3 months and at this point I had already demanded that I would like a refund and did not want to utilize the services anymore, she continued to sell the product and I eventually just told her I would contact my bank regarding the fees taken from my account since my account already shows that the company skindiet.net had previously refunded the funds prior. I feel like they are taking advantage of customers and maybe making money for their product with the fees they are charging individuals, but it is not my duty to have to continue to pay shipping fees for the product when it when the service was cancelled out in the first place. This is the companies mistake and should eat the fees. I will file a report with my bank, and if it continues to happen I will file further charges against skindiet.net/Belsi for fradulently taking money from my account without consent.
