PVCO was a good locally run company. They were not without their own reliablilty issues, but whenever something went bad, they were fast to take care of it, and never gave us the run-around. After Skybeam took over, service went straight downhill. The final straw was an 8 day outage without any explanation, offers of help or even an appology. Tech support is difficult to access and rude. When the tech came out to retrieve his equipment (a hajji), he cut the guy wires and just left them where they were (including up on the roof) took his antenna and left. There are not enough negative adjectives in the English language to describe SKYBEAM. Avoid this company at all cost.
