 Do not deal with these people!!!!!! Skyline Publishing aka Loyalty Publishing, Inc. Check out Attorney General Robyn Zieglers investigations and findings. Just Google "Loyalty Publishing in Peoria, IL". There are 8 out of state Attorney General complaints and 1 in state for defrauding school system that they settled. They had to donate 5,000 to school system and have written permission to use schools name. Changed name in 2008 and opened again with a PO box instead of Glenn Ave. Will try to extort and threaten you for money they claim you owe but never did. BEWARE and write to, Lisa Madigan Attorney General State of Illinois, if you do receive a threatening call from them and/or if they have charged you for a product or service they have not delivered on! (Just by answering your phone they believe you owe them money!!!). They also have numerous rip off reports and BBB complaints!!!! They are defrauding people across the country trying to collect on advertising they never even published!! They try to trap you into a verbal contract with a bogus recording & this has to stop now!! Call or write the Illinois State Attorneys Office and put and end to these scheming malicious criminals!!!!!!!

It has come to our attention that some disgruntled employee has decided to slander Skyline Publishing in an attempt to discredit us. I have worked for Skyline Publishing for over 6 years and have seen the ins and outs of the business. I will be the first to admit that we are not perfect as noone is but we do everything we can to help our employees and customers. The owners of Skyline have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we have a wonderful place to work and to make sure we provide the best product possible. I will take this time now to explain how the complaint filed is inaccurate and filed with lies. First of all Loyalty Publishing is the corporate name of the company and always has been. Over the years we have developed different products and have used dba names for each. When the company first started we sold sports posters with game schedules on them. In doing this we donated money to each and every school. We were always upfront and honest in telling customers that we were not affiliated with the school and that we would donate money. The Atotrney General received a complaint about this and decided that we along with other similar companies were fundraising without a fundraising license and that is what the lawsuit was in 2008. It was not for lying to customers or not distributing product. Please note that out of all the companies in that lawsuit Loyalty Publishing is the only one who settled. Instead of fighting about it we just decided to settle. Part of the settlement was that we would no longer sell sports posters and we have not. Because of this we had to develop a new product and that resulted in our relocation books. When we were selling sports products we had the DBA name All-Star Publishing because it was more sports related but decided that we needed something more fitting for the relocation guides and that is when we developed the DBA Skyline Publishing. We never changed our name but added a DBA name. Many companies even well known companies use a DBA name instead of a corporate name. We have always been honest about this fact. We also have always have the same P. O. Box number. We did move offices a few times since the business has been open but as any successful business would do, we upgraded our office and moved to a better location and bigger office. Just because we moved to a better location does not mean we were hiding from anything. Over the years we have dealt with a certain amount of bullying and complaints from various former employees and customers but we feel that is because if someone is mad the best way to make themselves feel better is to try and hurt others. We respond to each and every complain made with the Attorney General or the BBB with specific proof and professionalism. We have proof that every customer has purchased advertising. We have proof that every publication has been distributed as promised. I receive compliments and thank you's all the time from happy customers but unfortunately the happy customers tell us and the people who are trying to cause a stir complain online. It is sad that a small family run business is contantly being dragged through the mud bescause of lies and slanderous behavior against us. The reason we have a good rating with the BBB and Attorney General is because of the proof we have to back up our business. When a customer claims to never have ordered the advertising we provide the proof that they did. When a customer doubts the distribution of a publication we provide the locations and proof that they were distirbuted. We are not trying to hide or keep anything from anyone. I ask that the individual who wrote the complaint provide proof to back up the claims they are making. Provide proof that we are a scam. Provide proof that we don't have proof customers order advertising. Provide proof that publications don't get sent out. If you are going to make such horrible claims against a company and individuals by naming them (incorrectly at that) then you should have the proof to back it up otherwise it si obvious you are just trying to cause trouble. If you really care about Justice and you call yourself Justice League then you should care about the truth which you do not have. It is not hard to find out who makes these complaints and those on facebook and slander is illegal. We gladly invite any one who has questions, doubts, or concerns about Skyline Publishing to contact us and we would be happy to answer and and all questions. We would be happy to have anyone who thinks we don't send out bulk supplies of publications to come to our office and view the boxes that are sent out every day. We spend tens of thousands of dollars every month in printing and shipping costs. We don't do this by not sending product out. We understand there are companies out there that are scams and we have even been scammed by them. I just urge anyone who is looking up Skyline Publishing to not believe all the negative comments you read. It starts with one bad comment and before you know if the next person who gets mad about something goes online and sees that one comment and adds to it and it snowballs from there. I personal respond to the complaints from the Attorney General and BBB and I can tell you that 90% are because someone does not want to pay an invoice and they will make up any reason to get out of it. Again, we provide proof that they are liable for the bill and it is resolved in our favor. To date we have over 150,000 customers and most are happy repeat customers. Please don't let some anonymous complaints that provide no proof to deter you from working with our company. We take each and every complaint to heart because we put our hearts into this company. We appreciate the wonderful employees and customers we have. We are like a big family here and will continue to be that way.
