Skytex Technology Inc. Poor products and Service. Give run around when dealing with them Ontario, California
I ordered the Protos from Skytex on Jun 24, 2012. It was a pre order but I was told that the product was supposed to ship in August. The productt did not arrive and when I talked with Skytex I was told it would now be September. When the product did not arrive in September I again called Skytex and was told that now my product would not be available until around christmas. In October Skytex contacted me and stated that the Protos would not ship at all and upgraded me to the Imagine 9. The Imagine arrived in early November but right from the start I was having software issue with it. Things from not being able to download from not just the pre installed app stores but the Skytex app store. Connectivity issues and grainy video. I contacted Skytex via email and they had me do a couple of things which did not help. I returned the imagine 9 for a refund. Skytext recieved the product back on November 28th. After the 10 day wait period I did not get my refund. After going back and forth with Skytex for the next two weeks I finally recieved my refund on the 21st of December. I am sure that if i had not call Skytex almost daily it would have taken longer if I had recieved my refund at all. Skytex did charge a restocking fee because they of course said that they could find nothing wrong with the product. Even with the emails back and forth with customer service about the issues I was having they are still standing by this and will not givea full refund. I have been given the run around from day 1 of ordering my product and have had nothing but issues with Skytex and thier products and practices. I do not recommend ordering from them.
