I signed up in April of 2008 for laser hair removel at Sleek Med Spa in Braintree Mass. I was told that my hair would be gone for good , it was'nt.  I had six to eight treatments with no results and then when I came in for my next appointment they told me that my package ran out and that I needed to buy more treatments.  I said to them that the sales girl at the time Allison told me that my hair would be gone in six treatments.  Well she dosent work here anymore and that she should have never said that to me.  I got a lawyer after that and he talked to them about a life time guarantee package, which is what I thought I was getting when I was told that it would be gone after the six treatments,that was August 2009.  I was going to all of my appointments each time it was someone different doing them,which I have realized over the last three years the turn over rate for employees is huge. 

February 2011 as I went in to my appointment another new girl was going to treat me and she asked me if I had been taking antibiotics or any other perscriptions and I said thats weird that you are asking me that because I am taking amoxicillian, I said no one has ever asked me that in the three years I been coming why do want to know?  She said well we cant do your appointment because we will burn your skin,  I said ok thanks thats great you asked me I dont want to be burned.  My next apptointment was in April 2011 and on my way driving their they called me and canceled my appointment and I asked why and they said the person called out and that their was no one able to take me.  I continued to drive to the Braintree Plaza where Sleek Med Spa is to do some shopping and I went in to Sleek to see when they could get me in and low and behold while I was waiting for a appoinjtment to be made they where calling people in for laser hair removel, I said AI thought their was no one here to do laser and they did'nt know what to say.  My next and know last appointment was this last past Saturday May 7 2009 I went in to have my face done and after the appointment they told me that my contract along with everyone else that has a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE contract was being canceled.  Cynthia Arroyo the manager said the owners down in Florida are canceling all those contracts because it turned out it was a bad idea.  So bottom line is they were losing money because the treatments were not working so they think they can steal $8,000 from me and leave me with patches of hair on my face and all over my body and get away with it.  I have contacted The BBB and susan Warnick channel five news in Boston and she wants to interview me.  Susan's producer told me they have investigated them three times the time being nine months ago.  I have a attorney working on the case as of today, he's out Rowes Worf in Boston.  If their is anyone that wants to join in the class action lawsuit call me 781-xxx-xxxx (((REDACTED))) ask for Jeremy.  I have a couple of people with me already.

I wanted to follow up from my last rebuttal. We apologize for the unfortunate experience that you had at our facility on your last visit. This is a very rare occurrence and we here at SLEEK strive on making sure that all of our patients are satisfied. We have
been in business for over 13 years and have treated over 150,000 very satisfied patients. Patient safety and satisfaction is our #1 priority. I have some questions for you: 1) did you inform the General Manager at the facility about your concerns and the bad experience you had with us on your last visit? 2) Was there a report filed by the GM and submitted to our corporate office regarding your concerns? 3) After communicating with the GM what resolution came about regarding your issues? 4) Did our corporate office reach out to you and updated you on a resolution for your complaint?

The reason that you have been denied for your lifetime guarantee is due to your safety. While some patients become totally hair free after these procedures, others may still have some hair left depending on skin type. You have had 6-8 treatments and we would not want you to be subject to skin damage. 

We greatly appreciate your responses to these questions.  This will help with getting this situation resolved for you in a timely manner.  You are a valued client at SLEEK and thank you for your patience in this matter.
