I had a procedure done here several years ago.  I am scarred for life.  I gave them a year to try and fix the mess they made of my legs with other treatments, but I still have three large scars.    I was told by a qualified doctor that the scars would never be healed but could be made to look better.  It was going to cost between $1800 and $3400, plus I had to pay $150 for the consultation. The people at Sleek ignored me after repeated emails, letters and phone calls  for over a year.  Then I got the name of Wayne Williams, I thought he would be better but alas no.  They offered my $1500 to cover the costs of my treatments, and refused to refund my money for other (different) unused treatments.  After I refused that offer they offered me $800 and more aggressive treatments with them.  I guess if I am going for the hacked up leg look I should accept!!!!!!

I wanted to follow up from my last rebuttal requesting contact information. We apologize for the unfortunate experience that you had at our facility on your last visit. This is a very rare occurrence and we here at SLEEK strive on making sure that all of our patients are satisfied. We have been in business for over 13 years and have treated over 150,000 very satisfied patients. Patient safety and satisfaction is our #1 priority. I have some questions for you: 1) did you inform the General Manager at the facility about your concerns and the bad experience you had with us on your last visit? 2) Was there a report filed by the GM and submitted to our corporate office regarding your concerns? 3) After communicating with the GM what resolution came about regarding your issues? 4) Did our corporate office reach out to you and updated you on a resolution for your complaint?

We greatly appreciate your responses to these questions.
