Expensive, unprofessional, unsatisfactory.




 




I experienced the same stuff a lot of people here have been complaining about. There are always problems with booking appointments, and the staff is unprofessional and condescending.




I had a laser hair removal package and after 6 sessions I don't even see 20% reduction. Could it be because the techs speed through the session and miss spots so frequently?




My friend also got burned quite badly by one of their techs and when she complained they told her it was her fault and that she had signed an agreement (read fine print).




 




TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE




 




Do not go there, absolutely the worst spa experience I EVER paid for. I cannot believe these people are still in business. The medical and health board should investigate, "haphazard" treatments, no one cares. STAY AWAY!!

I have some questions for you: 1) did you inform the General Manager at the facility about your concerns and the bad experience you had with us on your last visit? 2) Was there a report filed by the GM and submitted to our corporate office regarding your
concerns? 3) After communicating with the GM what resolution came about regarding your issues? 4) Did our corporate office reach out to you and updated you on a resolution for your complaint?
