Sleek Medspa Trasformare Fifth Avenue Con-Artist, Theives, Ripoff, Scam, Scam Sacam...... Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Today I decided to call sleek medspa to confirm my surgery date for 01/22/13. I called the Fort Lauder dale office and I kept getting a recording. I then called the corporate office and I was  getting the same recording. I then start to call all the location for sleek medspa, and I receive the same error message. I then start to panic..... I went on line to look them up when I came across the review for the company and how the are scam artist. I then got in my care and drove to the Fort Lauder-dale location. When I arrive onside the building the name of the company is different as well as the staff. The company that took over is called Trasformare. I then asked then about sleek and they told me they went out of business. The consultant Olivia Szparski asked me for my name and stated she has my chart here. I asked her how come? If the company went out of business how do you have my chart? She stated, the chart was left back, and they still use the same doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Lagrasso, MD. She asked me about payments and I stated to her on 11/10/12 I made a credit card payment of $500, then on 07/20/12 I went in the Ft. Lauderdale office and made a cash payment of $1600.00. The payment I made were to go towards my tummy tuck surgery which would have taken place next month.

Sleek Medspa never contacted me about them going out of business or even trying to refund me my money. The company that took over (Trasformare) stated to me that they could honor my payment and I could continue services with them. I have a very bad feeling about them because I feel that this is the same company but a different name. They kept the same doctor as well as all the clients information. They even referred me to speak to Andrew Rudnick. I then left and was told to call to check for a date to schedule my surgery.

When I arrive home, I Google Andrew Rudnick and found out he is also a scam artist. I am upset and hurt due to the fact that I paid sleek Medspa a total of $2100.00, and I don't know how I'm going to get my money back. I really do believe that Sleek Medspa is now Trasformare Fifth Avenue. If you go on there website it's the same locations as sleek medspa; its just a new name. I have already contacted the BBB and I hope to get to the bottom of this. I was really looking forward to my surgery next month. Please beware od Sleek Medspa AKA Trasformare Fifth Avenue.
