I started going to Sleek Med Spa in Braintree, MA in June 2011. They had me thinking they were the greatest Medspa around.They said that since I was a military member I would get the best package deals and huge discounts.  So when I decided to buy a package they said that due to my skin and hair type that one package would definitely be enough. HA HA!  They were complete LIARS!  

After my first treatment, I had really like the esthetician and so I scheduled my next appointment with her.  When I showed up for my next appointment it was a different girl which was fine but then this continued to happen and come to find out most of the estheticians I had previously seen were fired Weird. I still continued to go to finish out my package because they had me convinced that their hair removal laser was the best and I wouldnt have to shave the areas again.  After awhile they stopped calling me to confirm my appointments and one time I had showed up for an appointment and they said they had never had put me in the schedule but yet I had an appointment card that they had given me when I had made the appointment.

I started to feel a little uneasy about this place until the most recently esthetician who seemed like she knew what she was doing. I ended up having her for more than one treatment in a row, surprisingly enough. She actually took the time and looked into my record and reviewed the previous treatments and went over my medications and gave me aftercare instructions (never go that good of a treatment there before but really she was the devil in disguise). She said from what she can tell I had two more treatments left in my package. And I was pretty mad about that since I didnt see really any results. Then she admitted to me that one of the girls I had seen a couple of times previously didnt have the laser on the right settings so the treatment didnt work (completely screwing up my whole 6-8 week increment treatments!) .so ridiculous.  I never got a refund or extra treatments they just said they would give me a discount on another package which I could tell I was definitely going to need. I told them I dont think Im going to continue treatment here because its not working and dont want to waste any more money. But they knew exactly what to say and how to woo me into another into buying another package plus a life time guarantee (they are really good at manipulating). They told me I already spent a lot of money so why waste the all the money I have already spent by stopping the treatment now. It was their professional opinion that I would only need a few more treatments and then I could use the rest of the package on some other area or for anything else I had wanted. So, I started the new package last month and have had only one treatment.

A few weeks ago, Aug 7th ,   was suppose to be my second treatment but I ended up having to rescheduling it to Aug 16th, last weekend, and when I showed up Sleek was no longer there!!!! I kept calling the main offices and no one was answering for hours. Finally, I got through and they said they had closed the Braintree location. WELL NO ****ing KIDDING!  The guy said I will give your information to the West Roxbury site and they will contact you. But guess what? I never heard from them and come to find out they were closed too. I finally did some investigating online and found out that a lot of people have been affected from this company and are in the same situation as me. They got  a lot of people to buy new packages then closed, steeling our money. 

 After some more research it all making sense. I found out that they had their name a few times from Sleek Surgical and Medspa to Sleek Medspa to Mass Medspa and Surgical and who knows what else. They also kept trying to get me to use different credit card companies for the different packages. They are obvious had huge problems. I thinking there is fraud, malpractice and a few other illegal things going on with this place. I want my money back!!!!
