I placed an order with this company. They shipped the product. I was contacted by the shipper who had actually hired someone local to me to make the delivery. They said they deliver 12:00-4:00...I said I cannot be home until 3:00...they said they will specify that to the drivers and put my order as last on the route but no promises. I said I absolutely cannot be there before 3:00 and to not have me schedule a delivery which required me to cancel clients if they cannot be there after 3:00. This initial delivery for today 9-28-2012 was scheduled on 9-22-2012 by Jaime. They called me again yesterday to schedule delivery...this time a girl called saying delivery could be set up from 12:00 to 3:00. I said it was already set up for tomorrow and I told them it needed to be after 3:00....I told her there should be a notice on the
account as I was told there would be. She saw no such notice in fact did not even know it was already scheduled. After searching and talking to others she verified what I had said. Then she began to "parrot" the information of " we cannot promise it will be there after 3:00 " to which I said don't deliver ...don't even put it on a truck if it cannot be there after 3:00...I told her NO ONE WILL BE THERE UNTIL 3:00. I spoke with Stephanie a supervisor for their company and Rebecca a supervisor for the vendor....all knew NO ONE WOULD BE THERE BEFORE 3:00.
Today.....by chance I was available sooner and called the delivery company to tell them I could be there nearly an hour sooner...shortly after 2:00.......they informed me the driver already " ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AT 1:30 TODAY "AND IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY. My first question here is......they assured me they could make me last delivery on the route...they could not assure me that it would be after 3:00. I was now being told they could not deliver today
since they had to finish their route...they had other deliveries to make....this on top of the fact that they were ahead of their schedule as planned....see attachment.. I have no record of a call from any number that could have
been their driver at anytime today.the shipper said they would call 30 min before delivery and it says so on the
shipping papers I was emailed. Also as it happened; my daughter was home all day unknown to me and she never heard the doorbell nor did her dog go crazy as he always does when the door bell rings.no one rang the bell. THEIR STATEMENT THAT THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY IS A LIE.
Now I admit people were telling me they were trying to make this delivery happen but in the long run I see it was really just lip service. I have lost income to be here today by 3:00business I will not recoup;
now the vendor told me they could make a delivery Tuesday and guarantee it after 3:00this was Rebecca.I had already told her I did not want this delivery company in my house..they were very loose in handling knowledge in my
original scheduling and they lied about attempting delivery. I told her I wanted a completely different
delivery company.she said that would not be possible and that if I cancel I will be charged $390.00. I told her to
inquire with those above her if this could be waived under the circumstances.
While waiting for her call back I got a call from Tom Anderson the salesman who claimed he had no knowledge of Rebecca handling this issue nor what was being discussed by her and Ihe also said that said that he could have arranged for a different delivery company if he had known of the need to be there after 3:00HERE IS REVELATION OF OTHER LIESRebecca said they cannot use another shipper and he said he would have found another shipper ( who is true here?) and he told me he had no knowledge of my conversations with Rebecca but in a subsequent call to her right after she told me she standing next to him in the room when he was talking to me.they had been discussing my problem. I have to make special time again to be here for deliverymore loss of income or cancel and suffer them keeping $390.00 of my money. I have seen enough disorganization..misleading.and deceit to warrant that they refund every penny I thought I happily gave them. They think very highly of themselves but have taken advantage of me handed me losses with the promise of further losses and a very unpleasant experience..and not having our new bed.
I was up front in my needs in delivery when faced with the issue and misled and lied to through the delivery process. I suspect the delivery company knew exactly how todays non-delivery would pan out.they say the driver needs to
give them proof he was here to attempt delivery 1) There is no missed call on my phonethey cannot prove he called as is required.
2) Our doorbell was never rung today except for by our landscaper around 3:30 and yes our dog went crazy upon the event.ringing of the bell could not have been missed if they did so.
As far as describing our house to prove they were here the information was attempted to be gotten by Perry of the shipping company and none was availablethey could easily see the property on the internet and use that to
give a description. 3) The misinformation and contradicting statements speak of those who are less than honest or really out of touch with what is actually true.
I deserve a complete refund and should not be penalized further for dealing with this organization.
