Sleepy Hollow Cabins and Motel Trina the owner Website is very misleading! She has rules that are not listed on her website. you cant be outside you're cabin past 10 p.m. the pool has seasonal hours which aren't posted but lied to two other sepera Crestline, California

 Trina the owner made her website very misleading and is aware of it but denies it. When we checked in we were told by her employee Samantha "the hot tube has a leak in it and it looks like it's going to closed all year". One of the main reasons why I booked a cabin here. When we got to our cabin, the place smelt like mildew, especially the bathroom. Another thing that was not posted on her website is there is only 1 designated smoking area "which is located underneath her window". She also doesn't post on her website that you have to be inside you're cabin at 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. I found toe nail clippings on the living room floor when I was cleaning up before check out. If you're ever in in Crestline, CA do not stay here! We were even told by the town locals not to stay there, but I couldn't afford to lose out on $418.oo This lady has video cameras posted everywhere, I wouldn't be surprised if the rooms where bugged too! She has extra charges for room service, towels, keys ect. We weren't the only family unhappy with the sleepy hollow there are 4 other families unhappy as well.
