Sleepy's Matress Company dishonest,disrespectful,argumenative,rude, Fair Lawn, New Jersey And Customer Service Long Island,New York Nationwide

When the matress set that I purchased arrived the bed frame did not work correctly. I then called to complain and I was told they would send someone back with the correct frame. About 1 hour later a man calls and tells me that I have the correct frame and that there is only one frame for a king bed. I tell hime when I sit on the end or foot of the bed the other end launches into the air not unlike the effect of a teter totter. He says that that is the correct frame and there is nothing they can do about it.

This went on for weeks and I refused to pay and called Amex to make the complaint. Amex wanted me to send pictures to prove my problem I explained I would need to send them a movie. So I did just that. After another month of arguing with Amex and Sleepys I was told by my credit card company that I should have just sent it back. You can bet the next time I will do just that. But it doesn't end here.

I had to buy 4x4 peices of lumber and cut out blocks so that my bed would not launch into the air every time someone sat on it. The skirt of the bedset hid that ugliness but what a joke. Nope it's not over yet.

Springs start coming out of the bed and I was injured by one. Not a joke and a bad infection followed. I call to complain and got the run around. Then they tell me after a number of calls that they will replace my matress with a upgraded version of the bed I already own because the one I have has been discontinued. Theres a surprise.

The day before it was to arrive I thought about the coloring. Since I bought a set and they were going to give me a new matress that was suppose to be an upgrade I would check the color. I was talked too rudly again and when I asked for the manager this guy named Joe says there not responsible for matching anything. He was one of the biggest jerks you will ever have the displeasure of speaking too trust me.

It arrives and the color of course does not match and it looks like hell but the skirt hides this so what can I do.But then I look at the invoice and the matress they sent says it is valued at 815.00. I spent 1899.00 on my original set.

This was not an upgrade and when questioned about this they said you can keep or old matress or take the new one and basically shut up. Well needing someplace to sleep and being that the truck driver stood on the matress all the way down the steps and dragged it to the road and had put it on the floor of his truck with dirt everywhere i guess I have to keep the new one.

How funny is it though that they did not want to take it back if the mattress had a stain which it didn't by the way but the truck driver treats it like garbage and makes a complete mess of it. It is a scam. It's a way out of not sticking to the warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
