Sleepys is, by far, the worst retailer in the country. They need to be shut down by the BBB for bait and switch, unnecessarily high delivery charges and get this, they charge YOU to ship the product from the warehouse to the store you buy from! Their guarantee is full of loopholes. You have to spend 50 bucks for a piece of cheesecloth to get their "comfort" guarantee and many other tactics too numerous to name. Their products are inferior and their so called salesmen are trained swindlers. DON'T BUY FROM SLEEPY'S you will regret it!

I have bought from them before and even trying to negotiate a new mattress recently the were sticking on a 99.00 delivery charge above the 30.00 charge to ship it from their warehouse to their store! a 7 mile delivery on a 200.00 mattress, 130.00! What????

How did they mange to buy most of the dealers in the country? They are the only game in town and they are nefarious! Stay away from this den of thieves! Do your homework! Save your money.

Sleepys sends this post out as a rebuttal to almost all complaints they get on this site. They are NOT interested in serving you. They are not going to do anything to resolve the issue. It's obvious that this is a "robot" reply because if you read my post it would be impossible for them to actually solve my complaints and how many people have a customer number? Give me a break. Oh, and as a kicker I'll give odds to anyone that the person on the post is fictiomal.

Read the name :-) What's funny to me is people I meet on the street who have been unfortunate enough to do business with them always say, "Oh, Sleepy's!, they're the worst!." Carry on folks! Destroy this company before they do more harm! Customer service: what a joke...Let's start reporting them to the BBB. A class action suit might be nice too.
