I ordered the free trial but had a computer error and then ordered 6 bottles. Called the company 4 minutes later and found out both transactions had gone through. I canceled the free trial and they said if I received it to send it back. I did receive it and marked return to sender un opened. I was charged shipping and then charged for the package $49.95. I was upset so I called on Sunday the 5th of October about the charges and they refused to refund me the money because they had not received the returned product. I also said I would be returning the 6 bottles. I called again on the 6th of Oct and spoke to a representative and then a Supervisor. They Offered me a refund of $25 and the return authorization for the 6 bottles for a money back guarantee. I sent the product back with a signature required which they received on Oct 9th. On Oct 10th I called they had received the package and told me I would have my refund by Thursday Oct 16th. I called Oct 17th and was told I would not be receiving a refund because I was past the Oct 3rd deadline to return the product. I did not even receive the product until the 12th of September. I have had 3 charges apprear on my debit card for around $202 and they have all the merchadise and I have received a $25 credit. This company needs to be punished for their cheating of consumers.
