They have a time limit for you to send them back or you can not get a refund..it is 30 days from the time the order was placed. Well, it takes about 10 days to receive them, so you don't have much time to get them back.
I rushed to get them mailed back. I made a copy of the bill that came with the pills, and I wrote a note telling them that I could not take because of high blood pressure. I did not see there was a note in fine print saying you had to call to get a refund number...well as soon as I saw it I emailed the company..needless to say..they emailed me and said they received the product back..but because I did not call and get that number they could not give me a refund...this is such a RIPOFF!!!
