I wrote my first report on here, before I even received my product, and I was right ALL ALONG! I spoke to Christy for 45 minutes BEFORE I ordered this product. To let EVERY ONE KNOW!! Christy, stated this is a "Family Owned Company!" That this berry had more Acai berry in it, than ANY other company. She was nice young lady, and NEW at this company! I made sure my orders were cancelled, NONE were to be shipped after this one, and the complete process of returning. You have 14 days to try this product out. Some will tell you 21 days at THIS company! I called on the 15th day, as I had NOT received the product! Spoke with Robert! He told me he could NOT do ANYTHING until I received the product! You'll see in my other report, I was on hold with this company at that time almost 2 hours! They say 30 minutes while you're waiting! I've now been on hold 1 hour and 57 minutes, and STILL can't get anyone to answer! I returned this product after receiving it on the 18th DAY! That's ONE way they get you! You have NO CHOICE. YOU'RE HELPLESS, AS THEY TELL YOU TO RETURN IT WITHIN A 3 WEEK PERIOD! You have NO time to try it..NOTHING! Bottom line...I spoke with ROBERT that day, and got the RN# you need to write on the outside of the envelope, the invoice on the inside, and return it...OR..YOU RECEIVE ZERO REFUND! THEY REALLY RIP YOU OFF! I took this to the post office the day I received this, sent it back with a proof of receipt they received it! Today, I called my bank, and they STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE $ 79.90! I've been on hold now, OVER 2 HOURS! PEOPLE....PLEASE....DO NOT BE AS STUPID AS I WAS! I WILL fight this to the end! Nothing works like this anyway. I was stupid. I'll admit that! However, I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do, and they STILL RIPPED ME OFF! NOW? I can't get ANYONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE....OVER 2 hours I've been on the phone! I'll received the RN#, when I called and spoke with ROBERT, after I was on hold over 2 hours, so I wouldn't have to go through this! NOW? I'm STILL at this for a refund! OVER 2 HOURS ON HOLD, AND I WON'T CLOSE THIS EMAIL, UNTIL I HAVE AN ANSWER TODAY, TO LET EVERY ONE KNOW WHAT A RIP OFF THIS COMPANY IS! It's now been 2 hours and 19 minutes! ....They have been telling me now, "The NEXT customer rep will help you, and it's been "28" minutes!! THIS IS PATHETIC!! Going on 2 and a half hours??? My God? .....they do this to EVERY DAMN CUSTOMER!!! Just hoping you won't sit on the phone for OVER 2 HOURS!!! I'm on speaker phone, and this is WRONG! I saw on here, where a woman is on a fixed income, and they took HER to the cleaners as well! THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE STOPPED! THIS IS WRONG!!! DON'T EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE AND ORDER FROM THEM...EVER!!! STILL ON HOLD.....Going on 3 hours, NOTHING! Still on HOLD! THIS IS HORRID! I'm so angry with this, as well as MYSELF! DO NOT ORDER FROM SLIMBODY PEOPLE! EVER! THEY'RE CROOKS TO THE CORE! Over 3 hours and STILL ON HOLD! They have to have 1 person in this office and a phone! IF THEY HAVE THAT! I WILL SUE THEM, IF I HAVE TO! LUCKY...I have a friend that's an ATTORNEY, I could NEVER pay for what I'll do to them!...STILL HOLDING!!! .....I called at 5:12 today, it's now 8:16! I'm still on hold, pissed as HELL, and WILL SUE! I'm doing other things, however, I will continue to hold on speaker phone....I will be stupid enough to give this a half hour longer! That's 3 hours and 40 minutes, ENOUGH! I'll call my bank back, have them get my money back, AND...have them SUED!! I'll also write BBB and everyone else I can about them! THIS IS THEFT! OUT AN OUT THEFT!!....I just went on line to another web-site I found for them. It's support@global-nutrition.com.....I looked at the hours! They closed an hour ago! They just would let anyone sit on hold ALL NIGHT! I'm going to email them. I signed in my username....MADASHELL! I'll hope to hear from them OR ELSE! I HOPE NO ONE EVER ORDERS FROM THESE PEOPLE.....EVER! I DID EVERY THING TO A "T" AND THEY STILL SCREWED ME OVER. I DO NOT SWEAR. I'm sorry for this, however, I'm so pissed off right now, please understand. I was on hold, for 2 hours and 36 minutes, when their office was open, STILL NO RESPONSE! I'll let all of you know. I will continue until I receive my money back. Good luck everyone....PLEASE....DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR ANY SITE THAT SAYS "OPRAH AND DR. OZ USE THIS, OR....AS SEEN ON OPRAH...IT'S ALL A LIE!
