Slimeasypro, Luminous Brites, This May Not Be His True Name Unlawful use of Credit Card Glendale California

I was sent an email approx. 1 months ago and the email stated that you could receive a free trial of Slim Shake for shipping and handling fee only. I did pay the fee unbeknowst to me that would come back to haunt me 20 days later when they unlawfully charged my credit card for $88.97. As soon as I was charged, I checked the bank statement as to what was going on with this transaction.

The only clue I had to go on that it was from Glendale, Ca. I immediately contacted my local bank and filled out the paper work to try and get my money back. The Bank advised that they would report the unlawful transaction to the High-Tech Crimes Division but since the perpretators are not local, not much chance of getting any local enforcement agency to act on the complaint. Still trying to get in contact with Glendale Police.

Of course , I did try to call their #'s and that was the first thing I did but never got any answer than a blatent recording of how to 'so call cancel' your account via email and then the recording would just hang up after that message. I called back this morning and talked with a man who was very rude to me and said he was just a answering service, and hung up on me. when I tryed to call back got a recording again.You could never leave them a message for you to call back. And forget about trying to cancel on the internet, after all what and when did you sign up for it? I sure never saw the 'so called 'fine print' to cancel after your 'free trial'. And never did receive the free trail Product.

I knew when I talked with this man this morning that I was scammed as well which has made me madder than hell. Not finding much help with it makes me even madder.

I have learned he has done this a lot, and I wonder why he is not in Jail
