These idiots will not service the alarm with error codes. They left wires hanging in closets and my hallway that they stapled to the celing. Three of the wireless sensors have fell out of the wall. Holes over 1" were drilled in our walls (11 of them) and not repaired. The wireless camera they provided they will not activate. My original contract that the salesman wrote was $1600, The bill for the install was $ 2160 with no additional items. They tried to recharge me for permit fees and taxes. When I told them I will not pay till the alarm and wires was fixed they sent out the same person that installed it. They would not send a suervisor. He told them nothing is wrong with the alarm or damage to the house. Then they told me the wires left hanging and the holes in my new sheetrock and painted walls was my fault and They can repair the system for an additional $1700. The system is 3 months old, they would not honor any part of their service contract or fix anything without being paid in advance. I can not belive that the government still allows this ripoff company to exist...
