Slyfox I order there program and they took my $30.00 amd there program didn't work. I tryed numberous times and they not not answer me back as what the problem might be. Riverside, California

I ordered a program from Slyfox's  on Dec. 15th, 2012  They took my money and I was to be able to download the program right away.  I was given an activation number that did not work.  The only way to get any help was to e-mail them with your problem.  I did this numerous times and only thing I received from them was an e-mail telling me that

We have received your message. We will review your message and reply back as soon as possible.  Please do not send multiple inquires as this will only make your wait longer.  Below you will find your estimated
wait time.

Due to current technical difficulties, our staff is working hard to attend to a problem with our data server which is effecting our support department communications.  This has caused a backup of messages to the server.
