I spent 4 hours dealing with Jodi Johnson and owner Robert Harris in two interviews. I thought this was a good company to work for until I was discouraged from pursuing anything else in my free time.
Robert Harris had four companies previously (startup essentials, A-1 leasing, james one, usa card service) that had been sued and bankrupt for scamming people for untold thousands of dollars.
Do not waste your time trying to get hired with these deceptive scammers who try to convince you that they will train you to sell personal development/business or that will help you in your professional career or business.
