Recently signed up for service with them and now can't even get on the site!! Now I am reading all kinds of reports on the company not knowing they were once known as something else.

They need you more than you need them. I called the 1800 number and had to hang up on the sales person. Beware! Sell your junk on e-bay will make you more money.
