Smart Pc Solutions unable to get anyone to reply to emails for refund and/or technical assistance as promised Internet Internet

On monday December 3,2007 i purchased From Smart Pc Solutions, Inc a download of their "Smart Pc" software by mistake, what i intended to purchase from the company was one of their other software called "Magic Speed", after realizing the mistake i immediately email the company,

(which i must add, didnt give a contact number or a physical address) explaining the error, today is December 17, 2007 and i still have not recieved a reply to the four emails that i sent to the company,
i must also say the software that i was interested in cost the same price as the one i ordered by mistake, so i figured what the company would do, cancelled "Smart Pc" and send "magic Speed" as the Replacement,

i am basically using this medium to warn unsuspecting consumers against this website that claim to sell software that will improve the performance of computers, mine didnt improve by "Smart Pc", which the company also promised to give a refund if consumers are not satisfied, it is ridiculous! how can you can a refund if you can't reach anyone for it. i check my email everyday still, hoping that the company will have some decency and reply, even though it is way past the time.
