I called the 800 number and was told that I had agreed to their terms when I submitted the order. I did NOT! I told the person that I didn't want a membership and wanted it cancelled. In addition, I cancelled through their automated number.
On 3-23-09, I was, again, charged $29.95 plus $1 service charge--- 4 days AFTER I cancelled. I called again and was told that I cancelled on 3-27-09. Why did I call on 3-19-09 if I didn't want to dispute the charge and cancel? This company continues to change their check out page and change the membership fee. This is a scam company that needs to be shut down!!!!!! It relies on a person not reading the "fine Print".
I have disputed all membership charges to my credit card company.

My credit card company suggested I have them re issue me a new
card number to stop their charges (glad I did)
This was the only way to stop these scam artists I hope
