3 words about Smart start, sucks, sucks, sucks! Over priced, not user friendly. Inacuarate readings that cost you $50.00 each time even though you blow again in less then A min. and pass again. They never refund your money for inacurate readings. Look around for a different company. I would not wish Smart Start on my worst enamy!

i have a unit from smart start its faulty i tell them time again they dont give a f**k what are my rights when the unit goes hay wire and my whole livelyhood can go down the drain all over again after wwaiting over 2years of torture living on the cape u might as well die if ur carless or no license today after being ripped off!!!!yesterday for$50 ifirst thing in the morning im in tears literally trying to get the device to start and 30x later i still dont know if i wnt beyond the god damned 6min limit ,why the f**king problem?why should i get violated if i didnt even start my f**kin car yet
