We were not told at this time our cashiers check had to be via certified mail.
We were in compliance and mailed a cashiers check in the amount of $100 to Smart Travel and Incentives paying close attention to the dates for activation.
our check was returned because we did not send via certified mail. I have never heard of this, it was never explained to us and if it was in fine print then you got us....To have done this after we sat for a couple hours in Portland, OR listening to this speel is a complete rip-off. You people have no scruples and this will be turned in to the better business bureau. Its companies like this that lend to terrible reputations for good low cast companies. I will never participate in this freebie again. Furthr more, your name is out there and will soon be on Face Book as to what you did to us.
Another surreal moment trusting people will do what they say!!
