I recently received your letter in the mail regarding the activation of your form. I understand that you attended a presentation and after reviewing your file I see it was hosted by Vacation Choices. I am sorry if an agent at that company failed to mention the deposit that is due, however, the deposit amount is listed in the first sentence of term A. We do ask on the activation form that you sign agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions, and you did sign that. I am sorry for any misunderstandings or confusion as we try and make our terms and conditions as clear as possible.
