When she go through she took the cape off me and threw on the floor and stomped over to the register and i paid her and by the way i did not tip her. I told her she had been rude to me and she hit the ceiling again saying she was not--she doesn't realize from the time i reminder that is was my turn to the time i went to the register she was rude to me and was so loud that a customer went to her and said she would come back another time, anyway when I went to the register to pay her i told her she was rude then she got loud again and i was so upset by the treatment i wanted to get out of there and when she was raising he voice at me as i was leaving two kids about 20 or so came up not knowing what was going on turn around to me and one called me a bitch. Iwas so upset about the whole situation and i called the main office to complain and they got the supervisor of that division to call me and you want to know something she used to work at the same SmartStyle and she was nice to me when she cut my hair the first time but after that is wasn't the same. Somehow i did ask her about getting my roots done and she said you don't make appointments you just come in and i don't think she wanted to be tied down with such a job at least that is the only reason why she was never friendly to me after that. I really don't know and i told her she was rude to me in her demeanor when I walked into the salon one time to buy something and i stood at the register and she was right next to it and she never looked at me or said hi or bye or anything so i just left. The hairstyles answer to know one--the company may not care about them so they don't care about the customer i don't know but what happened to me was a horror story and i wish i could have sued just for the heck of it but she didn't destroy my hair she just embarrassed me infront of a lot of people who didn't know what was going on and all she could do is yell out if you are in such a big hurry go to a regular shop and i had signed in over 1 hour ago. I have been dearly effected by what happened to me and the supervisor said she will take the matter seriously--well i want to know what had been done and they can't tell you. Sometimes it doesn't pay to get out of bed you never know who is going to ruin a beautiful day which mine started out as one.

POSTED: Tuesday, January 01, 2008First of all I cant believe you didnt see all the people sighned up ahead of you of coarse it took an hour. A bout the cute guy that I find not attractive at all, I have a hottie at home and a family, im not their to flirt im there to make money for my kids. I dont care whos next its just hes was pressuring real bad for a hair cut and if you hadnt retuned he would have been next. I was trying to get him out of there thats why I didnt see you return you were gone a while I have Adhd and forgot all about you sorry, sorry,sorrry. I make mistakes all the time even though I take my medication. I do the best I can. Insted of dashing for the sighn in sheet and tapping your fingers so rudly on the sheet you whent to steight nasty with me even though I said I was sorry for the mistake.Yes iwas very mad im not used to being treated that way everybody likes me im the top stylist. You just wouldnt let go either. I tried to tell in probably not the nicest tone that I had been standing up for seven hours streight without a break or food an you could have cared less. I could have hanled better but you got the best of me and when you reported me you probably shouldnt have been rude to our area suppervisor you just validated my side of the storry. You just couldnt let it go so you had to say at the register that I was the rudest person you had ever met. I did raise my voice and I said you were the rude one and you were treating me that way cause you know i need my job. I said to you that I was a hard working woman and didnt deserve the way you treated me and if you had done that to me somewhere else there isnt no telling what I would have done to you, you gonna cross the wrong person one day. I love my kids and need that job. My cliental even followed you out of the store cursing you for treating me that way.
You even tried to have me fired i guess you would have been happy for my family to loose everything we have cause that job pays for it and i cant make that kind of money any were else i have been there four yrs and nothing has ever happend to me like that. I even told you weeks later that I was sorry and if you came back it would never happen again for the sake of the salon even then you werent nice you even said you knew i was having a bad day then why did you try to get me fired why not give me a break I heard you have run ins with people often.
You realy need to take a look at yourself an try to be a little nicer im sure people
will respond to you a whole lot better and im sorry i made the mistake of accide ntly
skipping you. We have a good salon we work hard.
I cant believe you took it that for I just accidently found this playing on the internet. I did tell you that you should go some where you could make an appointment but I said so you wouldnt have to go through that again. Youll have to wait every time its according how many people are ahead of you were clearly not the salon for you and I regret loosing any customer. I am sorry I lost my cool it was very unproffesional of me and hasnt happened since, but you cant treat people that way maybe you just dont realize how you come across to people. I ll still cut your hair youve got to admit that was a good hair cutt. Forgive and forget thats the key to life.
To top all off the so called cute guy he got made at me that you were next and left
I just coulndnt catch a break that day.

POSTED: Saturday, May 12, 20071- You "told" the hairstylist that you were next and caused a scene, rather than asking politely.
2- You then sat in the chair and demanded that she cut her hair.
3- You actually allowed someone you just pissed off to cut your hair. (How unusual!)
4- You then "told" the hairstylist that SHE was "rude."
5- You left without leaving a tip.
Just WHO was the rude one here?? Perhaps you should examine your own behavior!
