Made an appointment by phone on June 27, 2013 with stylist (?) Saralyn for 9:00 am on Friday morning, June 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Got to salon at 8:55, no one was there. Waiting till 9:00, no one there to open. 9:10, still no one there. I called Salon, no answer. Sitting there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally at 9:30, I left a note for Saralyn, thanking her for her "great customer service", being sarcastic, as there was no customer service! As this is a 24 hour Walmart, and the Smart Style Salon is located in the Walmat, Saralyn could have called the Courtesy Desk and asked them to put a note on their door/gate, stating that something had come up and they would call clients to reschedule, or whatever. Today is Monday, and I still haven't heard from that girl or the Salon! I will never go back there again, and am totally disappointed in Saralyin.
