I own a Spa & Yoga studio
I have been dealing with Smartbox for 4 years, although persistently slow in paying me for services used they have always paid - that is until over two years ago. They owe me money from 2009!!
I don't know what has happened to Smartbox over the last 2 years but they have become a rip off company, willing to take my money, clients money and not pay what they owe. Over the last year I have received several emails full of false promises such as this one -

Actually, there are 9 cards to be paid out in total, I had forgotten thexcards from April and June 2010, so the amount has been corrected to x$639 total.
As I mentioned on the phone and in my last email, transactions can be approved on Monday, so you should have it early next week.

I would like to point out that NO MONEY WAS PAID TO ME YET AGAIN. Since this time they no longer reply to emails, and they do not answer the phone.... I don't know what to do. So I am reporting them. Whatever you do DO NOT USE SMARTBOX!!! they will take your money and you will be trapped in a never ending cycle of lies and worry.
