I ordered a set of contact lenses from this company and was informed the delivery date is 5-12 days after payment is made. Today is 12 days and my order statice is still in process, I've sent 2 emails from the begining of this week and have still not received an explanation, or refund. I received an automatic electronic response to both emails that I would be contacted by a representative and again no reply. My order nimber is CA192XXXXXXXxx
