WORKING FOR SMARTCELL INTERNATIONAL WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY OVERWORK YOU FOR A MINIMUM WAGE. WHEN YOU GO TO THE INVERVEW EVERYTHING SEEMS LEGIT PROFESSIONAL THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAILS BUT ONCE YOU ARE WORKING THERE EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT. I DIDN'T NEED TO GIVE MY SOUL TO THE DEVIL BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I GAVE IT TO THE WORST COMPANY THERE IS. IF YOU WORK THERE SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR PERSONAL LIFE BECAUSE ONCE YOU START WORKING THEY WILL GIVE YOU OVER 65 HOURS PLUS.
THE WAY THE MOTIVATE YOU TO KEEP DOING BETTER IS BY SENDING YOU EMAILS WARNING YOU THAT YOU WILL GET SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED. I DON'T KNOW HOW CAN A BUSINESS OWNER LETS A PERSON RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND EVERY MONTH THEY NEED TO HIRE ABOUT 4 OR 5 PEOPLE BECAUSE NO ONE LASTS. YES I AM TALKING ABOUT " NOMAR MAYSONET " . EVERYTIME THEY HIRE PEOPLE YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH A MONTH PROCESS OF HEADEACHE, PRESSURE , UN NECESSARY BULLCRAP SO YOU CAN GET YOUR "PURPLE SHIRT". NOW LETS BE REAL EVERYONE THAT HAS WORKED THERE HAS SAID THE SAMETHING.
DON'T WORK 65+ HOURS FOR $715 EVERY TWO WEEKS. YOU ARE NOT AN IMIGRANT.
