It cost me 22.16 to find out that Smithgear does not stand behind their products. I ordered a telephone in February of 2013. It didn't work so I asked for a replacement. They gave me a partial credit instead. I paid 68.90 for the phone and 12.21 to ship it back. They gave me a credit of 59.95. Andrew Smith himself handled it, so the scam goes to the top.

Smithgear found out about their mix-up, and have given a full refund of ALL expenses incurred.

Dear Scott,

We spoke yesterday and I told you I will do whatever it takes to rectify this. I also apologized.

This was mistake on my part (you should have received a replacement phone, not a refund) . 

I am human and make mistakes. I also own up to them when I make them.

My sincere apologies for this.
