I recently decided to use an e-cig and a friend told me about Smoke 51. My mother went online to buy me a gift card of $150 to get me started and a discount code for 30% off. She forwarded the email to me for the gift cert order number. I wrote the company requesting help so I could use my 30% off in time. I received no response. I emailed them again and once again no response. Today I called and spoke with a very rude customer service rep and explained to her that I have been trying to contact them in time to use my 30% off and that my mother bought a gift cert an we do not know how to use it. She said I have to put the gift cert number in the discount code field and can not use the 30% off. I asked, "why, gift certificates are like cash? That is not fair" she said I am sorry you feel that way but that is how it works. I asked her if my mom can get a refund and give me the cash so I can purchase with the 30% off, her response " no refunds" I told her that was against the law. She said "no it's not" then I told her I would like to return the $150 e-cig I bought 2 days ago at 30% off an she told me I am not allowed to return that either. Really? Who do these people think they are? My mother and I are now out of $300.00 because I am no longer interested in working with a company that gets your money and does not care about you after that. They are a bunch of cons with bad customer service. It's to bad because I was prepared to order automatic shipping every month and buy more product, but now I am in the market for a new e-cig and will be reporting the BS no return policy to the BBB.
