For Christmas I ordered a clock from Sneakpeeq. When we opened it on Christmas I found that the clock we had received was not the one ordered. I contacted the mfg first who said they were aware of the problem, that the part number on the Sneakpeeq side was wrong so everyone that ordered this clock had received the wrong one and that they were working with Sneakpeeq to rectify the problem. After a week I decided that I should try to contact Sneakpeeq themselves to see how this issue was going to be fixed. I first tried calling their customer support number on the bottom of the page. This results in being put on hold for about 10 min and then finally sent to voicemail. I left a msg hoping they would call back. No luck. I then sent an email to the support email addy. Again no contact. Sent a second email. Again no contact. Called again with same results as first time. Called again and pushed 0 to get to an operator and again was sent to voicemail. I finally called the mfg again who are going to help me get this resolved but even they said they are having problems working with Sneakpeeq. Be warned this company should be avoided at all cost. They do not understand what customer service is nor do they seem to care.
