Sneakpeeq uses an innovative way to engage customers to browse products and offers deals like $5 or $10 off, free shipping, 10% off, etc.

However, it doesn't matter how these deals come off because they are completely unreliable I'm shipping products. Once orders are made, they notify the seller who is partnering with sneakpeeq to provide the items, then they have to wait for the sellers to ship products to sneakpeeq shipping facilities, which then products are eventually processed.

After 3 weeks, I contacted sneakpeeq on the status of my order since it has been over 3 weeks which is an incredible waiting time in 2012 for online shipping. I asked them to cancel my ordered because I was tired of waiting and that 3 weeks to process an order without an estimated shipping date is not acceptable.

They responded quickly, stating they can't cancel orders once they are made, and that they at within their 3-4 week estimated shipping stated in customer service (although their shipping info on their website when you are viewing a product also shows they have a stated goal of 14 days).

3-4 weeks?! Are you kidding me? And there is no guarentee it will show up then. By their response, it's clear that they take their cut, and expect the seller to handle returns and refunds. This website is poorly run, their model for product disbursement is really not up to standards of a new Internet shopping company in 2012.

Below my correspondence with them:

You may request a return label to receive a refund of sneakpeeq credit if you are not satisfied with the product after it arrives. There are certain items we cannot take back. Please review our shipping/returns policy at the link below.

I made 2 orders around June 20th. I still have not received them and my account says the orders are processing.This is my first experience with sneakpeak and I was hoping it wouldn't have the same lag time between ordering and the vendors sending out the product, but this is really not acceptable to be waiting this long, and even being charged shipping and handling for it.

I enjoy how the website works, but this is similar with my past experience with some other shopping websites (i.e. fab.com) where the time after the ordering takes a really long time before the order is processed and shipped by the partnering vendor. And worse, there isn't even an estimated shipping date provided. I can't see how anyone is justifed in waiting nearly 3 weeks for an order - in this case, 2 different orders with 2 different sellers which means the practice of long waits is consistent regardless of the selling vendor.

Please cancel my two outstanding orders and refund my account. I will be closing my sneakpeeq afterward until I get a better indication of shipping estimates from order dates are within a reasonable time frame.
