Sneekpeeq unknown rescinded orders that were already paid for. Said they made a "mistake" San Francisco, California

One popular item they sell is Diamond Candles (diamondcandles.com). On December 25th they offered free Diamond Candles and free shipping. Many took advantage of this tremendous offer!
Within a few hours, customers started getting "oops, we are sorry we had to cancel your order" emails. Then they said the offer was only for people who had previous problems obtaining candles from Sneekpeeq.
Since their disclaimer was after the fact, after many had ordered candles. we feel that Sneekpeeq needs to make good on the free orders already processed instead of yanking them.
Personally, I am getting legal counsel concerning this. The Better Business Bureau of San Francisco has already been notified.
