Snuggie.com I filled out order forms with information and credit card information. The order was immediately charged without any chance to view the completed order and make changes. I ordered two deals(buy one get one free) of snuggies supposedly at a cost per deal of $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping & handling. When the invoice appeared on the screen I had been billed for two snuggies at $19.95, two for $14.95 Wallingford Connecticut
*Consumer Suggestion: Do not use getsnuggies.com. Buy the Slanket at QVC.com. QVC has better reputation.

Snuggie.com advertised 2 snuggies for $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping. I ordered two deals on line. After the credit card information was entered, the order was placed and an invoice appeared for $133.40. You did not have an opportunity to verify the order or change anything.
(Contact information was not evident on the web site. I had to call my credit card company to get the contact information. The customer service department is not open on weekends.)
The total invoice was as follows. 2 snuggies @ $19.95, 2 snuggies @ 14.95, shipping $63.60 for a total of $133.40. I replied to the email confirming my order. to cancel the order. After viewing another ripoff report, which stated that the company did not respond to any of that person's communications, I canceled my credit card in order to cancel the order and charges.
This was the first and last time I will order anything advertised on TV. It is a shame that unprincipled, disreputable companies ruin sales for reputable companies. I shall contact the Better Business Bureau in Wallingford, Ct. also.

I was thinking of buying some Snuggies for Christmas presents, but I thought I would wait because I had not yet decided what to buy for my relatives. I am glad I did not order the Snuggies. I found on getsnuggies.com it states you must allow 2-6 weeks for delivery and they charge $7.95 for postage and handling for each Snuggie include the second free Snuggie.
On 12/11/08 (Thursday), I ordered three Slankets ($26.80, $22.80 & $22.80) via QVC.com Special of the Day. With QVC, you can review your order, change color of items, cancel order (unless order has changed to processed stage) and you can get a refund of items purchased. I can vouch that QVC had refunded me for items purchased which I have returned. Note the huge difference in shipping charges and shipping times.
I received one box with three Slankets on 12/17/08 (Wednesday) via UPS Ground.

Total S&H: $11.93
Total Tax: $6.12
Order Total: $90.45
Today, 12/18, as a test, I filled out the getsnuggies.com order form to order one Snuggie at $19.95.
