Website had no shopping cart so they placed the order without any confirmation. when i tried to call and cancel the order they refused to do so.
I was trying to order the $19.99 pillow buy 1 get 1 free. plus s/h for both pillows. Without my knowlege or consent they charged me a total of $71.00. $31.00 shipping, $19.99 for one pillow and 19.99 handling.
My only option from the company would be return the items minus s/h. If there was ever the definition of a rip off or scam, this is it.
