The Social Security Administration has allowed criminal Mark Anthony Michini DOB 3/30/1958 social security number xxx-xx-xxxx to be the payee of a child. Big mistake. For one Mark still lives in Utah and has done a change of address for California to receive more money from SSI. He uses the Salt Lake City trolleys without paying and gets thousands in fines in which he uses his child's SSI payments to pay off. He is on drugs too. His last address was 2736 Adams apt 21 SLC Utah 84115. His Utah ID is xxxxxxxxx. He was committed to Camarillo state hospital for stalking, terrorist threats and schizophrenia. He says he is a member of the LDS Morman church and that they are the Mafia. His child suffers and is without clothing or food. Does the LDS bishop know what kind of man Mark Michini is? If not, he will find out soon.
