Social Security Administration I am among millions of American workers who purchased Social Security Disability Insurance and when I submitted a claim for same I was made a victem of consumer fraud by our very Social Security Adm. Washington District of Columbia

For more than fifteen years I have battled our government and the insurance company "WE" own, Social Security Adm, to see ended consumer fraud done to claiments for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits. In that time as a benefit's advocate, a human rights advocate, I have witnessed the terrible harm done by our Social Security Administration in using the "Apeal"--"Denial"
process to exclude American Workers finding themselves disabled from all rights under the Older Americans Act, under the ADA, and the inability of the Social Security Administration to obey the law as written. In that time period I, we, have won. The Federal Tade Commisssion as Insurance Regulator, ordered the Social Security Adm to comply with all applicable laws. This was also a issue won by attornies of the Salvation Army, of the Southern Poverty Law Center, and by the ACLU. Now I find myself disabled and I endure what so many before have endured. I am made a "charitable case", a burden on churches and public charities. I am made a burden on county, city, and state programs that in this time of economic crisis face the same as all of us.

"BROKE!" I have unresolved debt I can not resolve adding to the inability of money to flow in this nation. I am made homeless, so destitute I am learning in Arizona State where the cruel son of n**i War Crimminal, King Arrivaca, Joe Appaio can arrest and detain me for sleeping in public. And I cope somehiow with the fact that at my local Social Security Office in Nogales, Arizona, the Tucson Area District Manager bid me a "walk in the park!" when I demanded my rights as a consumer to all of Procedural Review in how it came to be my "claim" was denied. It is cultural shock to realize those words, "Walk in the park" appeared above the gate of Auswitz. It is cultural shock to realize those words bid me solution of suicide should I not agree with the current perverse justice of the Social Security Administration. It is cultural shock that no one in America has cared enough, not parents, or children, neighbors or coworkers to even count the number of victems who did not survive these unlawful policies and procedures of Social Security Administration. What has been lost is respect. What has been denied is dignity. And what is the cost? How many? How many died on the streets wanting for one little minute of respect. Needing one little minute of dignity? How many victems? How many victems in a America where it takes Social Security Administration workers only two hours to give us that blow job.

I write today obviously at wits end as so many are. Attornies say come back at "final" appeal. Social Security Administration states that cutbacks in staffing have resulted in fact I may not have that final Apeeal Date for more than five years. Shelters give me three nights a month. I can't afford lunch at the Senior Center. There is no more in this nation where we went for broke and deregulated industries, health care, and even Social Security. I might be what my son says is "old school" for at no time were any laws rewritten or adopted, no court cases won, that made, allowed, or ordered Social Security Administration to not use the law as written or obey the Federal Trade Commission. What has failed is that the United States Office of Inspector Genral has failed it's obligation to keep safe to us, Americans our right to all due process of law when making claim for Disablity Insurance Benefits. All said here today as well applies to any applying for Supplemental Security Income Disability. I have been de-regulated,decitizenized,
dehumanized, all so the public servants at Social Security Administration can
launderize our benefits? Any at the United States Office of Inspector General who found me to be rude and offensive when I called them "Bat s**t" should understand what they have forgettn is American. HONESTY!

I urge any like me illegally denied disability insurance benefits to immediately
contact the OIG at 1-800-269-0271 and make complaint that Social Security
Administration failed to provide Procedural Review of the claim made and then OIG failed to keep Procedural Review to what law enforment calls "form".
Please conctat the Federal Trade Commission and mail a written complaint that Social Security Administration in denial of your claim for Social Security Disability Insurance failed to uphold your rights to due process of law as a "consumer". Please contact the State Bar Association in the state you reside in and file complaint that attornies in your state are failing to represent you in your need for the all of due process of law in making claim for insurance disabilty benefits and are themselves committing consumer fraud by "tagging" your legal needs to wrong place and time. The issue is not rather we are disabled. The issue is that Social Security Administration is failing to use the law as written to find claim decisions.

I hope you will join with me to see the harm of "deregulation" ended and the Social Security Administration, and the OIG responsible to us as "consumers" whose rights are so well delineated at the Federal Trade Commission.

And to those who waited the long three or more years to win Social Security benefits. Suffered so long to only see an attorney get $2000 to $7000 of benefits paid in end. It is time for you to to file consumer rights complaints with the State Bar Association and with the Federal Trade Commission. I am an American worker who if disabled is not to be disrespected. The dignity I bear today is for those who lost their health further, or even their lives while Social Security Administration toyed in the two hour blow job. Enough already
of waste, of theft, and of greed of public servants not able to meet honesty and obey the laws as written. And to those attornies and paralegals who work at Legal Services Corporations throughout the United States please know you too violated our rights as consumers.
